Create spoken tutorials for CSpathshala lessons

To enable self learning as well as reduce teacher load we finally plan to create spoken tutorials for our lessons. Please subscribe to cspathshala youtube channel to see sample spoken tutorials that have been created by Ankush, Priyanka and Prasad. Many thanks to them.

Volunteers, teachers, parents, we request you help in creating more spoken tutorials - in English, Marathi, Hindi and Gujarati. All we ask ;-) is for you to record audio on every slide of the ppt using powerpoint narration feature (slideshow->record slideshow->current slide). Please let us know and we will assign lessons to you.

  • Please note that for younger grades you will have to be speak at a slower rate, using simple words and in short sentences.
  • Ensure that there is no background noise while recording. Mic will pick up every noise.
  • It will help if you read LP and create a script before recording. This will take most time. Recording after this does not take too much time.
  • you may record audio for one slide at a time.
  • If the slide has animations that require manual intervention, you will have to provide the same when recording audio.
  • Download the ppts from the website (and not your copy).
  • You may record 2-3 slides, export as video in powerpoint, play and check how it sounds and finally upload for review before recording the entire ppt.

Happy audio recording!
